Terms of Service

1. Who we are and acceptance of terms

IngproCAD (the "Service") is operated by Jesus Lacruz, a sole trader trading as IngproCAD, contactable at jlacruz.ing@gmail.com. When you use the Service or purchase a subscription, you are contracting with Jesus Lacruz. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

IngproCAD is a browser-based technical drawing tool for importing DXF and PDF drawings, creating and editing 2D geometry, managing block libraries and exporting DXF and PDF files. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (PRO and PREMIUM) are billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. Prices are shown in the Service before checkout and may include applicable taxes.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

You can cancel at any time from the "Manage / Cancel subscription" option inside the Service. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to paid features remains until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to Paddle's buyer terms and applicable consumer law. Contact us within 14 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the drawings, blocks and files you upload or create. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store and process that content so the Service can operate. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any file you upload.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, reverse engineering, reselling access without permission, uploading malicious files, or using the Service to infringe the rights of others.

8. Engineering disclaimer

IngproCAD is a drafting aid. Drawings, quantities and bills of materials generated by the Service must be reviewed and validated by a qualified professional before being used for construction, procurement or any safety-critical purpose. We accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of Service output.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including data loss or lost profits.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
