1. Who we are

IngproCAD is a browser-based technical drawing tool operated by Jesus Lacruz, a sole trader trading as IngproCAD, contactable at jlacruz.ing@gmail.com. Jesus Lacruz is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy, which explains what data we process and why.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: email address, name and profile picture provided by Google when you sign in.
• Project data: drawings, custom blocks, block families and sharing settings you create or save.
• Subscription data: plan, status and renewal dates received from our payment processor.
• Technical data: logs and error reports used to keep the Service reliable and secure.

3. Files you upload

DXF and PDF files you import are processed in your browser for viewing and calibration. They are only stored on our servers if you explicitly save them to a project.

4. How we use your data

To operate and secure the Service, authenticate you, save your work, apply your subscription entitlements, process payments, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your drawings for advertising.

5. Processors we use

• Google: sign-in / authentication.
• Paddle: payment processing and Merchant of Record. Card details are handled by Paddle and never reach our servers.
• Our cloud database and hosting provider: storage of account and project data.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember local preferences such as your block library and drawing settings. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Retention

Account and project data are kept while your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your personal data, except where we must keep records (for example, invoices) to comply with legal obligations.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the GDPR in the EU/EEA), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

9. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access to stored records is restricted by row-level security so users can only read their own data and content explicitly shared with them. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to the contact below.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16.
